What other riders say about us
Giuseppe knows carving techniques very well, both in theory and in practice, and he’s able to explain them with clarity and precision. It’s been a pleasure to have the opportunity to learn from him and to share days on the mountain. A true professional—and an even better person.
Enrique
I was lucky enough to take two workshops with Giuseppe over two consecutive seasons, and the improvement I've seen in my snowboarding has been huge. I started from an intermediate/advanced level…

Giuseppe started the FreeCarving project from a simple conviction: learning to carve shouldn't depend on years of confusion, contradictory advice, and trial and error. The approach is built on real-world experience, technical knowledge, and a results-focused teaching style. It's not about noise or empty promises—it's about understanding what works, what doesn't, and how to help each rider progress with more control, confidence, and precision.
This methodology draws, on one hand, from firsthand learning: having gone through that process himself and knowing well what accelerates progress and what wastes time.
On the other hand, it's based on analysing technique through logic and science, not rules and beliefs—shaped by his background as an aerospace engineer, a PhD in Energy Engineering, and a certified Snowboard Instructor.
